In the past couple of weeks, this blog reached two milestones: five years since the first post was written; and one million visits. Even as I write this post, the numbers do not seem real.
My sincere thanks to everyone who has supported and encouraged me throughout this journey, and to everyone who has visited the Manner of Speaking blog. It has been a labour of love and a privilege to be of some small service to others.
Congratulations, John! You are a real inspiration to us all. As a Toastmaster I look forward to each and every post you deliver … and share them with as many others as I can. Here’s to the next million visitors – or 5 years … whichever comes first! Cheers!
Thanks, Merv. I very much appreciate your support, both here and in other places such as LinkedIn.
Congratulations!
Thank you, Lisa. Your blog is one of the ones that inspired me to start blogging.
Wow, incredible accomplishment John. Congratulations. Here’s to 1,000,000 more.
Thanks, David. And thanks also for the great work you are doing on your blog.
Hi John,
Congratulations! Your Dad and I are so proud (and rightfully so) of your accomplishments.
Hugs,
Mom
Thanks, Mom. Hugs back to you and Dad for all the support.
John, congratulations on reaching this milestone. Your content is ‘authentic’, content and delivery style that has interest for its own sake, not for some other’s sake. Ben
Thanks, Ben. I have always appreciated your support.
